Battle of the bands

Fat Disease just got done playing a b.o.t.b. at the pickneyville community centerand it sucked ass. First place went to a band who's name was Kickin Charlins. They were a bunch of pre pubescent pop punkers who had a song called "I Love My Guitar". What the fuck!!!!!!!!! Since when was marketability held higher than substance! I guess always.........

Hey, I wish I could go, but I have to go on a homo camping trip for school. Im as big of an andreia fan as the next guy, im kicking myself right now for it... post more mp3s.

at least you didn't lose to the incredible edible ed. if they were 2nd or 3rd, then i guess you did lose to them, which makes me even more an asshole and this thread even funnier. i heard the whole setup was weak anyway, but that you guys definently deserved more than you got. we all enjoyed the somber show and we're looking forward to the 24th. elliot, if you know anything more, let us know, cause so far i've only gotten very shady details as of yet.

on the .mp3 note, we'll have a song called hollow (it's called that right now anyway) up shortly, hopefully before saturday. after that it might be a grim outlook for new .mp3's, as we're getting in gear for live shows and the completion of new songs. a hopeful trip the studio with someone who knows how to record isn't out of the question for the late summer before miller goes on to berklee, but it's far from definite at this point.
